Specializing in classic Italian cuisine with a contemporary twist, this intimate eatery offers a tempting menu brimming with house specialties guaranteed to delight both casual diners and seasoned pasta lovers alike.

From the moment you walk in, Sebastiano's envelops you in inviting aromas of rich tomato sauces, melting cheeses, and fresh herbs. The ambience is cozy yet lively, perfect for an intimate dinner or a small group gathering. The menu showcases an exquisite selection of Italian and pasta dishes, featuring standout plates such as the lobster ravioli with its delicate, buttery filling, and the Mussels Alla Tarantina, served in a smoky wine sauce accented by fresh tomatoes and toasted crostini — a dish hailed for its fresh and vibrant flavors. Fans of heartier fare will appreciate the Chicken Piccata, simmered in a lemon caper sauce that perfectly balances tang and savoriness, or the Chipotle Sausage and Shrimp Pasta, which offers a smoky, spicy kick that adds exciting depth to pasta tradition.

For lighter options, the Italian Cobb Salad and warm spinach salad — loaded with pancetta, mushrooms, and creamy chèvre — are fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Those seeking comfort food can indulge in house classics such as Sebas Lasagna or the Spaghetti Carbonara, each one meticulously crafted to embody the soul of Italian home cooking.

Don’t miss the antipasti selections like Crostini Ai Funghi, where sautéed mushrooms are bathed in a luxurious red wine cream sauce, or the Pane con Aglio Olio, simply country bread paired with fragrant extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic, and basil. These starters perfectly set the stage for the robust flavors that follow. Pair your meal with an expertly chosen glass of Malbec or a refreshing Gin and Tonic to elevate the dining experience.

The welcoming service at Sebastiano's adds to the evening’s comfort. Guests often praise the attentive yet unobtrusive staff who expertly navigate busy nights with poise and genuine care for detail — taking orders flawlessly from memory and accommodating custom requests with ease.

Definitely a diamond in the rough! We were in from Sandusky for a show and chose it based off their reviews on here. Make a reservation, the place is small but fills in quick. The spinach and artichoke appetizer is a must have. Definitely different than your run of the mill spinach artichoke dip from chain restaurants. Menu is also nice as while there are some normal dishes you can get elsewhere there are numerous original dishes that stand out from the crowd. We will definitely keep this place in mind when going to the Stranahan. Thanks for a great night out!

What a great treat for my husband and me as we traveled along I90 through Ohio. We both had house salads - wonderfully fresh. My husband had the traditional Italian sausage over linguini in a red sauce with olives. Yummy and perfect if you want something a little more substantial. I had Sarah’s pasta, which was grilled chicken and thinly sliced asparagus over long pasta with garlic and hot peppers in olive oil. So tasty. The pasta was fresh and the grilled chicken was tender and moist. I loved it. Great atmosphere and such wonderful service. Highly recommended!!

Excellent food, exceptional service from beginning to end, and inviting ambiance. "Our waitress gave an outstanding performance during our visit. The restaurant was busy, but she handled our large table of five with incredible poise. Instead of using a notepad, she took everyone's orders--including all the custom modifications--from memory. When the food arrived, every single dish was perfectly correct. It was an impressive and memorable display of professionalism. A big shout out to the staff for having such dedicated and talented servers!".

Pretty good Italian restaurant! We had spinach artichoke dip to start, and the flavor was great, but it was quite runny. The bread that came with the dip was amazing too! The gnocchi and other pasta dish were good. Wish it was a touch fancier, but overall a fine dinner experience.

By far one of the best Italian restaurants we have in Toledo! Food is always delicious, and menu is constantly changing with seasonal ingredients. Weekly specials are great, and if your lost in your decision on what to get they are always a good choice. Highly recommend trying there mussels, the sauce they use is so fresh and tasty. You literally have a large bowl of delicious soup once you've finished the mussels! We tried a new appetizer, some sort of mushroom dip and it was amazing! Both meals were delicious, the lasagna, which does have boiled eggs on top, a little different was great. The three meat pasta was also scrumptious. Highly recommend trying this place! Reservation only, small dining experience is awesome and very unique and personal.

Wonderful little Italian restaurant in a strip mall in Maumee. We were fortunate to catch live piano playing during our Tuesday evening dinner. Surprisingly good wine list for such an out of the way location. Good food, good service and good atmosphere.
